Netiquette

1. Don’t hotlink. Upload images yourself unless you have permission to use their “code”. Sometimes site’s link buttons are like this. (What is hotlinking?)
2. Don’t take other peoples’ graphics and modify them without permission or claim them as your own.
3. Don’t use other site’s layouts without permission. Just because it’s on their site, doesn’t mean it’s a giveaway.
4. Always get permission to include anyone else’s stuff in your site.
5. Include a credit link to thank other people for things that they have given permission for you to use.
6. In news articles or blog entries, give credit with links to the source of any information or pictures.
